About balances and bank transfers
When your community receives funds through online payments, they first enter the "pending" balance while we wait for the charge to clear. This takes about 7-10 days, based on the payment method used. Once the payment has cleared, we'll move the amount into the "available" balance. This type of balance is ready to be transferred to your community's bank account on the next scheduled transfer.
Transfers are initiated weekly on Mondays. It may take a few days for transferred funds to appear in your bank account, and holidays may add to this delay. Only the available balance, not the pending balance, will be transferred to your community's bank account.
