About automated letter mailing

Our automated letter mailing service lets you send physical mail to your residents at a very affordable rate. Because the process is fully automated, you avoid all the tasks traditionally associated with mailing. That means no printing, no buying supplies, no postage, no dropping the letters off, etc. We take care of all of that for you!

How it works

1. Upload a PDF file that will be used as the letter's content. The PDF must be 8.5" x 11" and you must leave the top third of the first-page blank (we'll use that area to print the form and the addresses). The PDF can be up to a maximum of 12 pages in length. At this point, you can also select additional options, like printing in color.

2. Choose recipient(s) for the letter. You can choose just one resident, mail the letter to your entire community, or any combination of groups and classifications.

3. Provide your payment information. We only support credit/debit card payments for letter mailing, since these payments are instant. We accept all major card brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more

4. Lastly, review and confirm the information you provided. Make sure to double check the addresses that we'll mail the letters to.
