Missing board or committee member contact information

Is the email address and/or phone number not displaying for some of your board or committee members? This could be for two reasons:

  1. The member has chosen to hide this information in their privacy preferences. 
  2. The member has not added the appropriate email address or phone number to their account. 

Both of these can be solved by having the member login and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Account Settings" found in the drop-down menu beneath their name when logged in.
  2. Click on the "Privacy" tab. From here the privacy settings can be edited.
  3. Scroll down to your privacy preferences and select which information you would like to have visible on these pages.
  4. Once the desired changes have been made, don't forget to click "Save!"

Note:  Once the update is complete, it may take a few minutes for the information to show up.
