Missing board or committee member contact information
Is the email address and/or phone number not displaying for some of your board or committee members? This could be for two reasons:
- The member has chosen to hide this information in their privacy preferences.
- The member has not added the appropriate email address or phone number to their account.
Both of these can be solved by having the member login and follow these steps:
- Go to the "Account Settings" found in the drop-down menu beneath their name when logged in.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab. From here the privacy settings can be edited.
- Scroll down to your privacy preferences and select which information you would like to have visible on these pages.
- Once the desired changes have been made, don't forget to click "Save!"
Note: Once the update is complete, it may take a few minutes for the information to show up.
