Resetting a forgotten password
Whether you're on your community's website, or on the main HOA Express website, you can easily and securely reset your password.
1. Start by clicking the "log in" button in the top right-hand corner of the website
2..Next, click the "Forgot password?" link next to the log in button.
3. You'll see a new page asking for you to enter the email address on your account. Shortly after you submit this form, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link has an expiration date, so be sure to use it once you receive it.
4. Finally, choose a new password and submit the form.
Didn't receive an email?
If you never received an email from our system, first check your spam messages. If it's still not there, it probably means that email address isn't registered with an account. Try using alternate email addresses and/or your spouse's email address.
