Missing board or committee member contact information

Is the email address and/or phone number not displaying for some of your board or committee members? This can be caused by two reasons:

  1. The member has chosen to hide this information in their privacy preferences. 
  2. The member has not added the appropriate email address or phone number to their account. 

Both of these can be solved by having the member login and follow these steps:

1.  Click their name found in the top right corner of the web page (shown below).  

2.  Click the " Account Settings" link. 

3. Click the " Privacy" tab.  Here, the privacy settings can be adjusted.

4. Click "Save". Note:  Once the update is complete, it may take a few minutes for the information to show up.
