Transferring administration to another resident
We offer an easy tool for transferring administration to another resident, right from within the Admin Control Panel. This is perfect if you're currently managing the website and are moving, stepping down from the board, or are simply passing the responsibility on to a new resident.
Here are some things to keep in mind before you complete this process:
- This will remove all administrative privileges from your account
- Your account will remain active as a normal resident
- The new administrator you choose will have full administrative privileges
- If your personal billing information is attached to this website, please update it to new information
- You cannot undo this action yourself
To begin, log into your community website and visit the Admin Control Panel. Then click the "Transfer Administration" tile. Follow the steps on that page to choose a new resident to take over the administration of the website.
