Unable to log into email account?

If you're unable to log into an email account via the webmail interface, follow these steps to solve the issue:

  1. Be sure you're using the full email address in the 'Email Address' field. This will look like user@yourcommunity.com.
  2. Make sure you're using the correct password. Learn how to reset a forgotten password.
  3. Be sure that you're on the correct URL; it will be webmail.yourcommunity.com. You should see a page that looks like the screenshot below.
